localconf.php ist vorhanden und hat auch Lese und Schreibrechte.
Mal ein kleines Update und ein neues Problem. Das Problem lag nicht an
der localconf.php sondern im typo3conf Verzeichniss befanden sich
temp_....._localconf.php Dateien. Diese habe ich gelöscht und dann wurde
mir die Installseite angezeigt. Upgedatet. Cache gelöscht. Im Backend
wird kein Fehler mehr angezeigt.
Wenn ich jetzt das FE aufrufe erhalte ich nur einen weißen Bildschirm.
