I'm a little bit confused - your frontend works, but without the right paths (e. g. for the images) ? But you cant get to the backend? (domain.tld/typo3) ?
You can check the Install-Tool test. (domain.tld/typo3/install) The PW is in the LocalConfiguration.php.
