Thanks that worked. There is only one place in SelectCopyFileList() where you are assigning SrcFileRec^.FrFileCopy := FCStateSelect ; there I added my check of exclude folder using SrcFileRec^.FrFullName and put SrcFileRec^.FrFileCopy := FCStateNone as per your advice.
