This should fix the EReadError with message 'Error reading
HtmlSmtpCli.TimeOut:Property TimeOut does not exist'.
Search the following lines in OverbyteIcsSmtpProt.pas:

{$ELSE}
THtmlSmtpCli = class(TSmtpCli)
{$ENDIF USE_SSL}
Change :
{$IFDEF USE_SSL}
THtmlSmtpCli = class(TCustomSslSmtpCli)
{$ELSE}
THtmlSmtpCli = class(TSyncSmtpCli) <== change
{$ENDIF USE_SSL}
