You guys rock! Thanks Arno & Angus! Apparently when running automated, some event tripped one of my exception handler's which set a form variable to true UploadFrm.FCanceled In beginning of OnProgress handler I check for this and set abort to true. Before initiating the FTP upload I reset this variable and voila! It works! :)
