What I read from current feedback so far is that approximately 50% wish at least support for Delphi 7 to be continued in a next version. That number is what I had expected and why I didn't recommend to discontinue D7 support, also to Angus and Francois before this survey. Though I like the new language features and Unicode support in 2010/XE+ *very much*, it's realy worth to consider an upgrade to a recent IDE version, for ICS however it is simply too early to discontinue D7 support or any other non-Unicode compiler without losing users.
