With ICSv7 we are still supporting the last seven Delphi compilers, testing and updating the packages for all these is tedious. If you really need to use Delphi 5, you will need to edit the source code to oversome any errors of this sort. Or remove OverbyteIcsCookies from the package, you are unlikely to need it.
