I mean I have on my server in Canada IIS and our ICS server. When I download from there with high latency and high bandwidth, ICS was slow. Before reading your post I had read that I need to increase window size. I have made it 128KB and now the download speed is 180KB/s. Let's say I make this 1MB, would Windows go out of non-paged RAM? That is my concern...
