In our tests with Fastream Web Stress Tester ( http://www.fastream.com/webstresstester.php) we realized at the same 3000-4000 concurrent connections limit both 64-bit IIS and 32-bit IQProxy begin to return 503. So I believe the number of sockets is the same for the two bits.
