1) Property BandwidthLimit specifies the maximum number of bytes per second. 2) Property BandwidthSampling specifies a sampling interval in milliseconds, default 1000. 3) Property Options must include "httpoBandwidthControl" to enable bandwidth control. The bandwidth control is not very accurate and currently doesn't work with POST requests.
