I added some experimental multi-listen stuff. See OverbyteIcsTcpSrv1IPv6 demo, especially TTcpSrvForm.WMAppStartup and TTcpSrvForm.WSocketServer1BeforeClientCreate. It works fine, however its design is not the best so will most likely change.
