I think I found solution. Con someone confirm next steps to
install/update OverbyteIcs
1 - Build OverbyteIcsCB2009Run.bpl
2 - Build OverbyteIcsCB2009Design.bpl
3 - Install OverbyteIcsCB2009Design.bpl

Closing and reopening CB2009 then install runs well.
