I've downloaded the two example of TWSocket in TService from the usermade section but the example is quite old and I could not port it to make as simple TCP server service. I'm using BCB 2009. Does anyone have a simple example on how to achieve this?
There is one service sample delivered with ICS itself: OverbyteIcsSvcTcp.dproj. btw: There is nothing special in using ICS in a service. Do it just like you would in a console mode application. Don't forget you need a working message pump.
