[twsocket] Installing ICS

Simple question I'm sure, but I cannot seem to find an answer in the FAQ 
or anywhere else. When trying to install the components from 
OverbyteIcsV5\Delphi\Vc32\IcsDel70.dpk into Delphi v7.0, there are at 
least 2 files missing. They are TimeList.dcr and TimeList.pas. Were 
these supposed to be removed from the dpk or are they missing and 
shouldn't be?
