Have a look at the new TMimeDecodeW, it decodes those inline encoded strings to WideString/UnicodeString. Display with non-Unicode compilers will only work reliable if the charset matches system's default ansi charset. "iso-8859-1" will display fine with windows-1252 except for the EURO sign.
