No, you can only install a single version of ICS in a single version of Delphi, since the component names are the same in all ICS versions. But you can install different versions of ICS in different versions of Delphi, I have v6 in Delphi 7 and v7 in Delphi 2007. v5 is only of minor historic interest and is no longer regularly updated.
