The problems seems to be \"edn.embarcadero.com\" (12.233.153.18) is sickor off 
the air at the moment. The domain responds to a Ping (average 173ms!) but none 
of the 3browsers and 2 ISP combinations I have avalable here will 
downloadanything from that address. \"Timout waiting for server\", or 
\"Connectioninterupted\" messages are all I can get. Tried using BT and 
DemonISP's, IE, Firefox & Chrome browsers, here in the UK at least.Either there 
is a typo in the address, their server has croaked, or aDNS entry is
