Has anyone looked into a Referral Whois client, or found a Windows RWhois client?
Referral Whois is a more advanced version of Whois, with greater flexibility, and seems to be supported by some hosting companies to give more detailed IP address allocations than the normal broad Ripe or Arin blocks.
