My aim of using THttpCli is to open a page and collect the information
from there (Getting information from Modem WebGUI). I have no problem
with pages without javascript. Actually I do not have to interpret the
script at all, the only thing is when the page detects that I have no
javascript capability, then I'm stuck.
Is there a way to somehow trick the server that HttpCli is javascript
enabled?

You don't have to enable JavaScript in HttpCli ! You have to enable
JavaScript in your BROWSER (that is IE, FireFox,...).
