I wanted you to post the log displayed in the lower memo of SslFtpTst demo.
Is this implcit or explicit TLS/SSL? 
"List" does not try to protect the data connection, so if the server expects
clients to establish a secure data connection by default the transfer fails.
I'm not sure whether or not this can be considered a bug in ICS, however
it might well be that the "all in one" methods have to be looked at.
