In OverbyteIcsNtlmSsp.pas have a look at function

 TNtlmAuthSession.ValidateUserCredentials(
  const AUser, APassword, ADomain: String;
  CleanUpSession: Boolean): Boolean;

If you want to call ImpersonateContext/RevertContext pass FALSE in
parameter CleanUpSession.
