Hello all,

I'm looking to see if I can start using the free version of Turbo C++
to compile my programs. I thought someone else had already tried this
on the list, but I couldn't find anything in the archives. Basically,
I'm wondering if anyone knows how to get it to link everything correctly.

I've downloaded the latest v6 beta (the SSL version, actually) and it
compiles fine. I know I can't install it, because you can't install
third party design time libraries in the free version of Turbo C++, but
that doesn't matter to me because I create all the objects at runtime.

The project I'm working on also compiles everything fine (after I
updated my code to work with the changes in v6), but it doesn't actually
link. The linker gives errors about finding the ics stuff. I'm
guessing I just need to tell the linker where the ics .bpl file is, but
I can't find it. Does the OverbyteIcsSslBcb100Package.bdsproj project
not actually create a .bpl or what am I missing? I'm sure it's
something simple, I just can't figure it out at the moment.

Thanks,
Jake
