Hello, Marc! Could you please be more specific about what exactly does not work on the site? I've tried to access the site through an application built upon GpHTTPProxy and it looks ok. The only problem is that the site scripts are not compatible with IE (at least ver. 6.0), so the script error occures regardless of whether the connection established via proxy or directly. Firefox runs smoothly.
GpHTTPProxy is not a full-featured proxy, so it may have no sufficient support for some HTTP features. I saw some rare troubles, but do not remember with what did they have relation. But it surely works with large websites, if you mean just "large websites".
