This comment is from Francois who implemented a new dynamic buffer in
order to get chunked transfer working. In these changes I found a small
bug. So _if_ you find this comment in your V6 OverbyteIcsHttpProt.pas
it indicates that it needs my small fix, if you do not find it no fix
is required.
