Indy and many others use blocking calls to winsock while ICS uses the non blocking calls. I suggest you keep on using the ForceLoadWinsock to keep your application running. For the moment I have absolutely no idea what we can do to fix it otherwise. Oh yes 1 question: You mentioned dual CPU on 1 of the offending machines.
