The BDS/Turbo RTL includes an early version of FastMove and a few of the FastCode functions. A lot more are being offered for the next Delphi release, although stuff embedded in the RTL is unlikely to have the same flexibility to target specific CPU instructions. DelphiSpeedUp does seem to improve the load speed of BDS, which suggests the last FastCode functions are improved over those in BDS.
