The non-free one can take components, not 100% sure about ActiveX
controls, though..

 From the website:

Extensible component model - Use included 200+ app components, build
your own, download free, or buy 3rd party components
The Delphi Visual Component Library (VCL) is a full-featured and ever
expanding application development framework. Take advantage of a vast
array of commercial, open source, and freeware components to add
functionality to the existing library of over 200 out-of-the-box
components. All code and applications built with the Delphi VCL will be
compatible with Delphi for .NET.

Cheers
Mohit.
