I think there is a misundestanding. Yes that's what the page says and I 
mean: the "msg" contains the domain BUT in your code, the FF displays domain 
as "" (null). That needs to be fixed. At least "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" 
should be displayed there.

Where have you read that? Give us a search string, not everybody is willing
to study the this page from the beginning.

Domain fields exists in the NTLM messages, not in any other HTTP header.
AND I've never seen a client/browser that fills the Domain field in NTLM
message 1.
