> ErrorMessage= Control connection closed. Connection > reset by peer (Winsock error #10054)
I've seen this when using a firewall (or NAT router) set to close idle connections after a period of time, the control connection has no traffic during a transfer. Normally firewalls intelligently handle FTP, they know a data connection is alive so keep the control connection alive as well. In my case, the problem was because the control connection was on port 2100 which the firewall did not know about. I added keep alive for the FTP control connection to the latest FTP client which you can download from http://www.magsys.co.uk/delphi/magics.asp because Francois has yet to publish it.
