Yes, I mistaken :

MySocket:=TWSocketServer.Create(nil);
MySocket.OnClientCreate:=MyOnClientCreate;
MySocket.OnClientConnect:=MyOnClientConnect;
MySocket.OnDataAvailable:=MyOnDataAvailable;

Doing this will not make MyOnDataAvailable work unless I also put it
on the MyOnClientConnect;
