The port you've selected for the WebServ software (default is 80) is already used by another service. Verify it with a netstat -na... you should find a line similar to this: TCP 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING Choose another port, or stop the service using port 80 (could be apache or IIS for example).
