My Socket Monitor ICS component will be ready later today or tomorrow, it uses both ICS raw sockets and WinPcap. There are 'sniffer' and 'statistics' test applications. However raw sockets only seem to work properly on Windows 2003, on 2000 and XP most outgoing packets are skipped. For completeness, does winsock provide the source and destination MAC addresses for each packet. I get these from WinPcap since it returns the network interface layer part of the packet, but raw sockets only returns the internet layer.
