Please ignore my previous message as I found the problem. FYI, it was the
proxy setting on the IE. ;(

Subject: Strange IP problem
Hello,
I am having a strange problem with my AUHttp Wininet based HTTP client and
ICS THttpServer server. The problem is really strange. I have had reports
of this from customers but could not have reproduced it until today. Here
is the config:
WinXP Pro SP2 all updates
AMD 64 3000, 1GB RAM
Gbit Ethernet, 100Mbps switch
All firewalls turned off
The problem is when I access my server with 127.0.0.1 it works but it
fails with 192.168.1.3. I can access the server with telnet 192.168.1.3 so
the problem seems to be on the client side but I can access other
computers on the network--I am puzzled!
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide,
SZ
