Hi There. We are in the process of specification of an twitter application and we need a way to send a message to a particular user on the behalf of another user. The problem is that sometime there is no relationship between the two users.
To recap: 1. The App send a twit to UserA as UserB. 2. The UserB see this message in someway in his timeline. 3. The UserB can retwit, reply to the twit. 4. ISSUE: The userB is not following userA.
