I sent an email to exar...@twistedmatrix.com five days ago and received daily graylist-failure emails for four days until it was finally rejected. From talking to JP on irc, the issue is that the twistedmatrix MTA greylists per IP, but gmail retries from a different IP for each attempt, so the second attempt is never linked with the first.
