Not soon - already. We've had a PyPy builder for more than a year now:

Only a small number of tests fail, but many more are skipped due to
missing dependencies.
Fixing these failing tests, or working on getting the dependencies
working on PyPy, would be a great way to contribute to both Twisted and
PyPy. :)
