Interesting, why?
Is zope.interface not used/required anymore?
If so, why is it shipping in the non-windows version?

FWIW, zope.interface:
- has binaries available for windows
- has pure python fall-backs for when no binaries are available, 
regardless of platform (ie: GAE)
