This explanation (that he’d been a twist all along) sounds suspect. My guess: he wanted to walk, but was presented with a choice to either forfeit the year’s supply of Rice-a-Roni* or whatever they’re paying these “celebrities,” or consent to this “Mooch veto” ruse. My guess is you’ll never see him again. On the show, that is; these Trump appointees are like cockroaches, in that they never die and scurry when you shine a light on them.
