Simon inferred it was because of a tweet he made wishing death to Trump.
Scrolling through his Twitter feed, Simon had a recent back-and-forth with
a nutcase who told Simon to go ahead and insult him because he was Jewish.
Being Jewish in no way related to the Twitter user being a nutcase, nor did
it relate in any way to their argument. Simon attempted to highlight the
irrelevancy of what the guy was implying by sarcastically obliging, and --
well -- Twitter has rules against harassment based on religion (unless your
name is Trump). Twitter policy is not to suspend the account, but give the
user the opportunity to delete any offending Tweets. Simon is refusing.
