They announced the closing on their Facebook. I’ve been to several shows at the Nerdmelt Theater, most recently Andy Zaltzman’s standup gig, and as blackbox theaters go, it had its charms and its failings. But Sunset Blvd real estate has to be pricey, which makes a comic book shop unsustainable. Not sure how much if any connection Chris Hardwick (aka hipster Seacrest) still has with the place. -- Kevin M. (RPCV)
