Thanks Kevin - I am sorry for the loss of your nephew. Pathway Home is a private non-profit that serves Vets with PTSD on the campus of the Yountville Veterans Home, which is run by the State of California. Most of the Vets there (from wars dating back to WW II) do not have PTSD. I am sure Pathway Home will resume operation, though they may have to take some time to review their procedures.
