(link) each of those firms' parents, still awaiting approval from the 
Justice Dept, were told unofficially that their respective properties' 
unloading would go a long way toward letting AT&T and Time Warner 
combine... a formal statement of such intentions would surely be challenged 
in court, and POTUS has never been in favor of this deal...
