To clarify, I have no doubt there are groups in Hollywood with direct ties to Trump. The lack of substance I was referring to was that all Griffin has presented as evidence is her word on the subject. I also have no doubt that her agents and managers could have done more for Griffin's career, but Griffin has had multiple TV shows and a long career in stand-up, so I'm not sure what Griffin was expecting of her representatives. As a stand-up whose career is based on trash-talking everybody she has ever met, expecting her agents to stop former bosses from trash-talking Griffin? I don't even have a response to that.
