Recent Vanity Fair piece on BW's 11th Hour on MSNBC. I have written here at length why I think the penalty for his self aggrandizing memory illusions was an over reaction. The continued march toward irrelevance of the network evening newscasts has made that mostly moot. While I occasionally watch recordings of Newshour, I would never think to record and watch hours later Lester Holt give what, by the earliest I could watch it would be news that is 4-6 hours old.
OTOH 11th hour has become the TV newscast I am most likely to watch - often live, as it is on just as I am settling in for supper after getting home from work. I still get most of my news online these days, but BW is as credible and non-opinion based as likely to find in the cable sphere. https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2017/10/brian-williams-11th-hour/amp -- Sent from Gmail Mobile -- -- TV or Not TV ....
