I am endeavouring to figure out how to set up something on my local system (Win7 on a CompaQ w/3GB max RAM + 500GB disk) that could safely and optimally run a few Android apps (all sports-related) that I would get from Google Play. I used a virtual-machine product a few years ago, not for this kind of thing, and don't have that anymore.
Since I have many things on my mind in any one day, I am apt to be forgetful, and would hope that whoever gets involved (it does not have to be a list member) respects that.
