NPR critic Eric Deggans talks mostly about Crackle's efforts to show "Snatch." http://www.npr.org/2017/03/12/519879461/reality-show-networks-getting-into-high-quality-scripted-tv But he talks about other networks trying to elevate their status by using scripted shows.Like E! with "The Arrangement" and even Oprah's OWN. He calls the available dramas an embarrassment of riches, and I think he's right. But his last line is what caught my attention: Is this going to last? Suppose Netflix and Amazon decide to stop blowing wads of money to develop original series. Is there enough money to keep this going?
