which millions of listeners suddenly became *very* privy (Stern chronicler 
Mark Mercer, from rural NJ, has a customarily-pithy description here

Barrigas filed against Stern, his company, and the US seeking compensatory 
and punitive damages... the show at least removed any online coverage of
