It's not clear here in Charlotte what, if anything will be blacked out.

Our NBC affiliate is owned by Tegna, so I assume that's safe.

Our NBC cable cable network stations aren't running the crawl, even though
we're on Time Warner Cable. Except for a shared logo on the guide screen and
app, we haven't seen Spectrum anything yet. We may still be under the TWC
agreement.

In separate but equal news, Cox Media is fighting with AT&T/DirecTV so those
customers in Charlotte may lose the ABC affiliate WSOC, and their independent
WAXN. Again there's confusion because in some markets the blackout only applies
to DirecTV customers and in others it also applies to U-verse customers as
well.
