Burke Ramsey is including in his suit along with CBS production company Critical Control (the former TV division of Relativity Media until that studio filed for bankruptcy--it mostly produces reality shows) and the seven investigators on the panel of experts in the hybrid dama and documentary from last September "The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey," who concluded that he killed his sister--CBS refuses to comment:
