Like another actor we recently reported on, this Berlin-born Briton was quite the worker, small- and big-screen... but we Yanks knew him as Spaniard waiter Manuel (usually getting ) on "Fawlty Towers", and possibly for a lengthy stretch in Corrie in 2009... also voiced Skagra in the ill-fated Dr. Who story "Shada"... last week in the UK; 86.
